Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as non-refundable at checkout

How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions and the proper return shipping address.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

At this time, we offer exchanges only for items that are damaged or defective. For all other cases, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vivonneny.com, including clear photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
